Mr. Gaurav Goel is also the director of HR Goel Group, a diverse business conglomerate with wide network of products and services with its investment ranging in various sectors such as Manufacturing, Trading, Transportation, Construction equipments, Insurance, Banking and others across Nepal. He has more than 15 years of experience in the cement industry of local and international brands from both trading and manufacturing to in house learning from development to execution of largest private sector FDI project in Nepal. He also manages the groups operation in manufacturing, automobile, insurance, hydro-power and technology projects. He has completed his studies from reputed institutions in USA namely, University of Southern California & William Howard Taft High School. He has also been associated with CNI Nepal, as National Council Member; Round Table Nepal, an honorable member. He has also been awarded by Citizenship Award, Pepperdine University; Valedictorian Award; Editor’s Choice Award (International Society of Poetry); Academic Achievement Award from the State of California, etc. to name a few. He is an emerging name of new generation of Nepalese business & industries.

Gaurav Sharda is also a director of Sharda Group, a family owned conglomerate which consists of multiple different companies ranging from trading to manufacturing. He has a diverse experience of over a decade in multiple industries. Presently, he oversees companies which deal in alcoholic beverages, consumer electronic and passenger vehicle brands like Chery, Xiaomi, Chivas, Absolut, Jägermeister. He also manages the groups distillery business where they manufacture and sell their own brands. He also has a keen interest in the FMCG industry. An avid traveler, who takes interest in sports, and philanthropic activities. Gaurav is an alumni of esteemed institutions like Amity University, IMT Ghaziabad and Mewar University Rajasthan. He has been associated with Round Table Nepal and has also been awarded as the best member of the organization in 2014. He is currently the President of Nepal Oxygen Gas Manufacturers Association and Young Business Executive Forum.

Shailja Rai is a proficient professional in the field of Finance, Management & Planning. She has 3-decade long experience in Nepal Telecom having retired as Deputy Managing Director - Chief Finance Officer (CFO) & Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). There she served in Internal Audit and Inspection Department, Finance Department and Central Accounting Department, Finance and Financial Planning and Management Department and other various departments in different positions making her a proficient professional in management field. She holds Master Degree on Business Administration (MBA) from Tribhhuwan University.

Mr. Shiromani Dhakal is a veteran engineer with nearly five decades of experience in the cement industry and project management. With degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Jabalpur University, India, and the People's Republic of China, he has led the development and operation of various cement factories in Nepal. Recognized with honors like the "Gorkha Dakshin Bahu IV" and "The Outstanding Young Person" award by Nepal Jaycees, Mr. Dhakal’s expertise in technical planning and operations management makes him a vital asset to Shivam Cements Ltd. as an Independent Director.

Mr. Sushil Gupta is the director of Shivam Holdings Limited and the vice-chairman of the conglomerate Ramesh Corp. With over 14 years of management experience, Mr. Sushil Gupta has expanded the Ramesh Corp operations into hydropower and mineral exploration. A 2006 graduate of Georgia College & State University in the United States, he joined the group's construction equipment and electronics department. In the next 10 years, he intends to construct, own & operate 1000 MW+ Hydro power Projects. Additionally, Mr. Gupta promotes NIC Asia Bank, Mahalaxmi Bikash Bank, Nepal Infrastructure Bank, Nepal Life Insurance Company, Asian Life Insurance, Prudential Insurance, and Shivam Cement, all of which are publicly traded in Nepal. His goal is to make the company a leader in Nepal’s hydropower and mining industries while adhering to the highest ethical standards. Through sustainable development of Nepal’s natural resources, he hopes to increase recognition of Nepal’s contribution to local communities and the country as a whole. Since its inception 50 years ago as a hardware trading business, Ramesh Corp touches lives in virtually every walk of life. It has a strong presence in a wide range of industries - manufacturing, financial services, real estate, consumer durables, hydropower, mining, and investment.

Mr. Aryal is a graduate of law & has experience of more than 30 years in various organizations at different levels & positions. He is the company secretary to the board of directors of Shivam Cements Ltd. as General Manager of legal & admin department at corporate office.
